It led to avalanche of well wishes from colleagues of both parents.

Yvonne, who goes by O’Keefe on her social media channels, went on maternity leave to start the NRL season, having taken over the NRL 360 hosting chair left vacant by Ben Ikin when he joined the Brisbane Broncos last season.
Yvonne, who previously worked for Nine, signed a multi-year deal with Fox Sports in 2016 and has long hosted the network’s rugby league
Chris is a TV presenter with over a decade of experience, having won a Walkley in 2016 and being named NSW journalist of the year at the 2017 Kennedy Awards.
The pair were engaged in 2017 and married a year later in 2018.
Just six weeks ago, Yvonne posted: “Not long until life will never be the same. and we can’t wait” alongside a picture of her with her hand on her baby bump.
It was just days after Braith Anasta was named to take over her NRL 360 hosting chair while she’s on maternity leave.
“I’m really honoured to step into the hot seat with Vonny and Benny Ikin, I’m a big fan of both and friends with both those individuals,” Anasta said.
“What I love about the show is it’s real. Every day we’ve got big topics and it’s just like we’re at home really, we’re discussing it around the dinner table and at your local golf club or bowls club, so I think I can bring my own element to the show.”
